Through monitoring, reviewing and evaluating our current practice and outcomes, the staff and governors plan areas for future development and improvement.

These objectives are then carefully tracked to ensure necessary improvements are made.

Our Monitoring and Evaluation Schedules ensure that the relevant stakeholders (senior leaders / teachers / governors) regularly analyse improvements being made and further targets required.
